Whoever said shopping for boys was not fun did not know where to look! Maybe because my background is in the fashion industry, I LOVE shopping for Dubbers’ clothes. Most of my shopping is done online, and a few of my favorites sites are MiniBoden, TeaCollection, J.Crew, and of course Gap.com. All of these sites have incredible sales almost all the time. I will try and post when there is a special promotion and will be tagged under Dubs’ Threads.
One of my recent discoveries is a new site and clothing brand called, Rockets of Awesome. I heard about it thru some friends and on Facebook and decided to give it a try, as there was basically nothing to lose. In a nutshell it is a personalized clothing delivery service. You simply go online, complete a questionnaire on your child’s size, style, favorite colors, etc. and then four times a year (one per season) you receive a box with about 12 items handpicked based on the information you provided. You have a few days to decide what (if any) you want to keep and whatever you decide not to, you easily send back with the included return label and packaging. It is extremely simple, convenient, and fun…as who does not like to receive packages!
I have received two shipments since signing up. The first was for winter, and I ended up keeping and purchasing four of the items and then recently received Dubbers’ spring box and kept five items. The pricing is very reasonable and have ranged from $15 to $28. Below are some pictures of our recent spring assortment.
